AL MCWHITE HAS A TALENT FOR FUN!

Al McWhite has a talent for creating the most fun, ridiculous, lovable, characters with attitude, starting with his Grom Gnarlies property and adventures of Sin-Dee property. In addition to his character creations, Al’s original paintings, free flowing like ocean waves, embodies the essence of a sub-culture that thrives on fun in the sun. If fun is the name of the game then the art of Al McWhite will make you smile and most times even laugh!

Al works from his studio in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where it becomes quite clear that the ocean is the driving force behind the his creative endevours. As a lifelong surfer and skater, Al has made it his goal to combine his two passions, "Surfing and Art". Al’s studio is like a mad scientists’ lab – the creations conjured up will surprise and delight anyone who visits.

Al McWhite’s work can be seen anywhere from print ads to rock posters, t-shirts and surfboards, cell phone screensavers as well as original paintings treasured by private collectors. Without a question Al's fun loving sense of style has become a hit within the licensing arena.
